This is a request form for items you want AASU to carry on their supply shelf and in their lending library located in the EMU, MCC 109c. The supply shelf and lending library are available to access whenever the AASU office is open.

What items do you want the AASU to carry on their supply shelf and in their lending library? If you are requesting a book for the lending library, please include the full title and the author's name.
