Recruitment Counselors will be expected to participate in the following: 

  • Spring Recruitment Counselor Events: Will be scheduled soon!
  • Polish/Spirit/Work Week Training (no commitments during the days): 9/22-9/26 9 am - 4 pm
  • FSL Tabling 09/30-10/1 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
  • PNM Orientation: TBD. Between 10/1-10/3
  • Office Hours: 9/30-10/4
  • Recruitment: TBD. Between 10/3-10/15
  • Other events as communicated

Recruitment Counselor Eligibility is listed as follows: 

1. Recruitment Counselors must be an initiated member in good standing with her member organization. 

2. Recruitment Counselors must maintain a 2.75 grade point average. 

3. Recruitment Counselors cannot have an individual conduct violation resulting in disciplinary probation or suspension as defined by the University of Oregon Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards and the Student Conduct Code. 

4. Recruitment Counselors must pay the incidental fee and Fraternity and Sorority Life Program Fee in accordance with the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life or excused properly by University regulations. 

5. Recruitment Counselors may not serve on her chapter’s current executive board in the position of President or in any position pertaining to recruitment (VP Recruitment, VP Membership, Membership Selection, New Member Education or Bid Day Planning, etc.). 

6. Recruitment Counselors must maintain the disaffiliation standards as listed in Section 11: Disaffiliation.
